Most of us can readily think of several people who have had positive impacts on our lives and careers. We believe no matter where you are in your career, that mentoring accelerates personal and professional growth.

Calendar

Program Requirements:

All participants must be members of American College of Healthcare Executives/San Diego Organization Healthcare Leaders.

Time Commitment:

Program runs April – October. It is expected that mentors and mentees meet once per month for one hour either in person, by phone or video.

Experience Requirements:

Mentors will have a minimum of 5 years of healthcare management or leadership experience and can be in any healthcare setting including health systems, hospitals, clinics, non-profits, policy, suppliers, consultants and advanced education. Mentees are graduate students, early careerists with less than 5 years’ experience, or professionals in transition such as military to civilian, interviewing for new roles, or moving into a new setting.
